After bad experiences with other remote training brands, we made it our mission to up the standard for remote coaching. One of the biggest benefits of remote coaching is the consistent contact from any location, so we put a major emphasis on our communication. Our standard is to answer messages same-day, with meaningful and valuable responses. This includes texts, mechanical breakdowns, and in-depth video responses. Additionally, our performance coaches have a cap for athletes they train, which allows for more focus and more attention on each athlete.

After scheduling a call, you (the athlete) as well as your parent(s) will meet with Carter to learn more about training with Endisch Performance. See how current athletes have success in our program, what you will receive every month, and also make sure that training with Endisch Performance is right for you.
-
Yes, at least one parent as well as the athlete need to be on the call. While the development process and day-to-day will be purely between the athlete and coach, parental support and understanding is crucial to the athlete’s success.

Training with Endisch Performance is the best option for your development, and it requires discipline, commitment to the process, and desire to reach the next level. In the program, those who do the following see the best results:
Communicate consistently.
Send throwing videos, especially during high intent days.
Utilize all aspects and tools (Daily Log, Monthly Goals, etc).
Communicate any/all adjustments needing to be made in their program.
-
If you live in a cold-weather state and do not have access to a facility to lift and throw in, working with Endisch Performance would not be recommended as you would be missing a large piece of our programming. If you are able to lift and throw consistently all year round (whether inside or outside), then you are in the right place to succeed!

With remote coaching, you have access and impactful coaching 7 days per week and 365 days per year. Not only that, but with remote coaching you are able to receive this help without ever needing to throw outside of your team practice. An in-person coach typically is able to see athletes once per week at high hourly costs, as well as only providing mechanical help without the use of assessments, correctives, lifting, etc.
